Sai Info Services is an independent authorized channel partner of Tata Play Limited (Partner Code: 13784). We operate this website (newtataplayconnection.in) to help customers in Tamil Nadu book new Tata Play DTH connections. We are not affiliated with or employees of Tata Play Limited.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our website or contact us, we may collect:

Name — if you share it during a call or WhatsApp conversation
Mobile number — provided in the booking form or via call/WhatsApp
City / area and plan preference — to confirm service availability and schedule installation
Preferred installation time — when you choose to provide it
Technical request data — information processed by our hosting and service providers to deliver and secure the website

We do not collect payment card details. All payment transactions happen in person (cash) or through UPI apps.

4. WhatsApp Communication

When you submit our booking form, you are redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. This opens WhatsApp on your device. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs messages sent through their platform. We use WhatsApp solely to respond to your booking enquiries.

5. Data Storage and Security

Booking-form details are stored in our secured Firebase database and may also be included in the WhatsApp message you choose to send. A booking notification is sent to our restricted internal service inbox so the team can respond. Access is limited to team members who process installations. Booking leads are normally retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for an active service request, warranty support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Optional analytics and advertising tracking are disabled on this website. We do not load Google Analytics or advertising tags, and no analytics-consent banner is displayed. Our hosting and booking providers may still process technical data needed to deliver and secure their services. Previously stored analytics cookies or preferences are no longer used by this site and can be removed in your browser settings.

7. Service Providers and Third-Party Links

We use Firebase for website hosting and booking-record storage, and WhatsApp for customer conversations. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Our website also references Tata Play Limited's official website. We encourage you to review each provider's privacy information before using its service.
